Ascott Orchard Singapore

We arrived at 11AM and had expected that we won't be able to get into our room until 3PM. As it turned out, our room was ready! Not only that, we were upgraded from a 1 BR to a 2BR apartment. The unit was clean, comfortable and the perfect size for the 4 of us (2 adults & 2 preteens). Beds were very comfortable and we appreciate the daily cleaning done in the unit. Water bottles were always replenished each time our room was cleaned. We also love the full size kitchen, very convenient to prepare our own breakfast every morning. There's a washing machine and a drying rack, which we didn't use. Location is superb! This was our second stay here and will definitely book again for our next visit to Singapore.

Location is great: you have a link bridge straight to the Petagon Mall. Swimming pool is really nice and has a shallow part for the kids. There is a tiny outdoor play area as well. If you travel with kids you can also find bigger play area on the 5th floor of the mall. Room is rather small, but has everything you need, even a little kitchen with microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, etc. which was a huge advantage if traveling with kids. Fast check-in: the lady understood very prompt that the kids are tired and just let us go to the room - thanks a lot for this!

Very comfortable bed and pillows. So many pillows available, and all are very clean. The kitchenette was also a wonderful addition with complete set of utensils (no stove though). Love that they replenish the nespresso capsules everyday.

the room was good and location was fantastic

Room is clean, location is good though not the best in Orchard. Room is smaller than our regular service apartment and twice the price.
